The delegate of VanceTan.com
Mar 1st
“The delegate of VanceTan.com raises to a point of information”. Well, basically participants or the so-called delegates of different allocated countries faces a challenge which can be described intermittent as they would have to refrain from using personal pronouns like ‘I’, ‘We’, ‘You’ and ‘They’ in the duration of the whole conference.
But before the delegates proceed for formal debating, The Royal Patron, Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Salleh AB Rahaman, D.K delivered her speech which highlighted the only school from Kuala Belait participating in this year’s BGIC Conference event. The Royal Patron, Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Salleh AB Rahaman, D.K, also officiated the opening ceremony with the striking of the gong.
In addition, keynote speakers Nathan Chasing Horse and Adrian Lasimbang, representing the indigenous people of their areas also turned up at the opening ceremony. The soft-spoken man, Chasing Horse, delivers his speech with full of compassion and full of inspiring words for the women and children. The keynote speaker also tells and gives a brief insight on how the indigenous people like himself faced problems and contradiction with the government of America and are still trying to fight for their rights as Native Americans.
