Make your own home-made ice cream now: The ingredients are as easy as ABC’s but not as numerous as them.

What you need are:

1/2 cup of milk
1 table spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of strawberry extract (or any flavours that you like)
1 small zip-lock bag
1 larger zip-lock bag
2 cups of crushed ice
6 teaspoon of regular table salt

What to do?

1. Combine the milk, sugar and flavouring together in a small zip-lock bag
2. Seal the bag and shake it a few times so everything is mixed well
3. Take a larger zip-lock bag and add crushed ice as well as table salt
4. Put the smaller zip-lock bag into the larger zip-lock bag
5. Seal the bigger bag
6. Make sure that the smaller bag has been sealed properly
7. Gently squish the two bags for 5-10minutes
*The longer you squish, the thicker will the ice-cream be.
