The speakers from the Stress Prevention and Education Centre Singapore, Miss Loh and Miss Linda managed to appeal the 140 who arrived regarding the three top diseases that may struck the people nowadays. Present at the function was the Deputy Principal of the school, Cikgu Salwati binti Ghalfar.

To start off with the afternoon, they talked about ways to relieve stress, what are the people categorised as stressful people and ways to release stress in an appropriate way. During which the Q and A sessions were conducted, Mr. Alan Fletcher, an English education teacher at the school explained that he jogs at least every day or even plays tennis as an alternative.
