Whirlwind of activities
Wen Yee’s CNY bash: The last few days of Chinese New Year had been a whirlwind of open houses with tremendous joy and pride. Yesterday’s open house was much-anticipated, as it was predicted to be out of the blues. It was an enjoyable one. When I first stepped into the house, the whole house was filled with joy and I was welcomed with open hands.
However, the attendance of the rest of the gang were daunting, one four turned up at around 7.30 that night. Wen Yee was trying to assure me that the rest will arrive in a tick of the clock. We were jubilant when some members of the gathering turned appeared at under the silhouette of the staircase.
The next few hours saw us going through plates and plates of food stuffed into the mouth, as the food served were more than awesome. Of course, I ran up and down being the official photographer of the night, attending to all the attendee’s photography needs.
