PJN Secondary School nurturing Taekwondo
Ranked amongst the best around Brunei, having the top results for GCE ‘O’ Level Examinations for year ending 2009, Sekolah Menengah PJN Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar or loosely translated as PJN Secondary School in Belait has yet achieved another milestone yesterday. A Taekwondo grading was held at the school premise yesterday with chief invigilator and the school’s Taekwondo supervisor, Mr. Ghazali Ja’afar.
More than 20 students attended the grading event, with the majority having white belts, three having yellow belts and two having blue belts; all undergoing the grading process. A brief introductory message was then presented for the student’s information. Parents also gave in their support for the selection process.
P/S: My thanks to Cikgu Sheila Azalina for inviting me to cover the event.
