PJN Secondary School nurturing Taekwondo
Mar 13th
Ranked amongst the best around Brunei, having the top results for GCE ‘O’ Level Examinations for year ending 2009, Sekolah Menengah PJN Pengiran Haji Abu Bakar or loosely translated as PJN Secondary School in Belait has yet achieved another milestone yesterday. A Taekwondo grading was held at the school premise yesterday with chief invigilator and the school’s Taekwondo supervisor, Mr. Ghazali Ja’afar.
More than 20 students attended the grading event, with the majority having white belts, three having yellow belts and two having blue belts; all undergoing the grading process. A brief introductory message was then presented for the student’s information. Parents also gave in their support for the selection process.
P/S: My thanks to Cikgu Sheila Azalina for inviting me to cover the event.

Twitter has recently redesigned its “Share” button. The button is now called “Tweet”. Another change made to Twitter’s “Home” was that the number of tweets is now coloured in blue.

Feeling bored? Why not check out the “Jualan Antarabangsa” or “International Sales” in Kuala Belait. Just drive over to the Multi-Purpose Hall of Culture, Youth and Sports department to find out more of what’s on sale. To give you a rough idea, there are Crocs Shoes on sale, furniture, paintings, jewellery and branded items.

Thank you PJN

A big THANK YOU to the discipline unit of SMPJN Pg. Hj Abu Bakar as today I’ve received a big plastic gift and when I inspected the content, there were three white uniformed shirts, long and short sleeved ones. And, this (pic below) was the attached note. I’m still being loved.

From Paris With Love: Vance Tan has recently caught up with the movie starring John Travolta, a very esteemed actor, called From Paris With Love. Thanks to my Aunty Sylvia Tan for sponsoring the seat and I really enjoyed it at maximum. It’s totally amazing but you’ve got to bare with some swearing in the movie.
John Travolta, in this movie is more of an inspecting spy, who is alert with his surroundings everywhere he goes. In the end, he solved a case, which I would not reveal. You’ve got to watch it at the cineplexes.
