Sony PS3 controller in Autumn
Jan 21st
Sony has announced its push back of releasing its highly anticipated motion controller for PlayStation 3 console until the autumn of 2010. The PS3 Motion Controller can track a player’s body movements to play a game. The real plan was that the controller should be on sale in spring.
Sony’s device is similar to Nintendo’s controller. A camera sits on top of the TV and detects the motion of a coloured orb attached to the end of a wand held by the player.

Barracudas lost 89-95 to Singapore Slingers during a match yesterday which took place at the indoor stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas at 8PM.
According to the Brunei Times, The Slingers had five players in double figures with American import, Michael LeBlanc, leading the way with 26 points while compatriot Kyle Jeffers poured in 19 points. Al Vergara contributed 15 points while local boys Hong Wei Jian and Desmond Oh contributed 11 and 10 points respectively.

Despite the loss, which snapped their four game winning streak at home, the Barracudas are still in contention for the fourth spot in making the playoffs in the inaugural league.

Liverpool 2-0 Manchester United
Oct 26th
Liverpool Fans in Brunei must be feeling triumphant now for the 2-0 win by Liverpool F.C. over Manchester United F.C. The situation was opposite, however for most Manchester United avids here.
Quoting one of the depressed fans, “I’ve got to change side, and now support Liverpool”, during a brief session with VanceTan.com.
Another die-hard fan of Manchester United, Saiful said, “Manchester United F.C. is still my favourite football club. Regardless what people may say, I will still support this football club”

Fernando Torres finished the match and a ninty-five minutes goal from David Ngog gave Liverpool a deserved win over Manchester United at Anfield to bring an end to a run of four successive defeats.
During the match, two players showed an excess of commitment. Manchester United’s Nemanja Vidic was dismissed in the 90th minute with a second yellow card for his foul on Dirk Kuyt, so suffering a third sending-off in succession against these opponents.
Javier Mascherano, with a second booking shortly after, was also sent packing. In fixtures such as this, it is virtually compulsory the referee should have a brush with controversy.
Fernando Torres and David Ngog blasted Liverpool back into the title race with a 2-0 win over Manchester United on Sunday. Torres returned from injury to fire his side in front with a Kop end goal midway through the second half. Substitute Ngog then wrapped up the points with almost the last kick of the game.
